These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and r7889 ("r7889", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the r7889 website located at https://r7889.cam and all associated services, products, games and features made available through it (collectively, the "Services").

r7889 is an internationally operated online gaming and sports betting information platform. The Platform provides access to casino games, live-dealer experiences, sports betting markets, responsible gambling tools and related informational resources. r7889 operates under applicable international frameworks and does not hold or claim a Pakistani gambling license. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for verifying the lawfulness of their participation under applicable Pakistani and provincial legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.

This Agreement should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

By accessing the r7889 website, creating an Account, depositing funds or placing a Wager, you unconditionally confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 of this Agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• The funds you deposit are not derived from illegal activity and you are not using the Platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial fraud;
• You understand that online gambling involves risk of financial loss and you accept that risk willingly;
• You have independently verified that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction.

Registration and continued use of the r7889 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license conditions. Proof of age will be required during KYC verification.

To access the full range of Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. The following obligations apply to all registered Users:

• All registration information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address and contact details, must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. r7889 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify r7889 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting [email protected].
• Account sharing — allowing a third party to access or operate your Account — is strictly prohibited.
• r7889 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account without notice if it reasonably suspects that registration information is inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent.

Players in Pakistan are reminded that their registered details, including any Pakistani CNIC number or passport details provided during KYC, must precisely match the identity documents submitted for verification. Mismatches will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

r7889 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and responsible-gambling requirements. KYC verification may be required:

• Before a User's first withdrawal is processed;
• When the Platform's internal monitoring systems flag unusual account activity;
• Periodically as part of ongoing AML and compliance obligations;
• At any time r7889 deems it reasonably necessary to confirm identity, age or payment-method ownership.

Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), a valid passport, or such other government-issued photographic identification as may be accepted by r7889 at its discretion. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. r7889 accepts no liability for delays caused by a User's failure to submit required documentation promptly or in the required format.

All financial transactions on r7889 are subject to the following general terms. Payment method availability, specific transaction limits and processing times are published in the Platform's cashier section and may change without prior notice.

7.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made from payment methods legally held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• r7889 does not charge deposit fees as a standard policy, but the User's payment provider may apply its own fees. Users are responsible for verifying provider fees before initiating a transaction.
• Payment methods that may be listed in the cashier for users familiar with Pakistan include bank transfers via major institutions and digital wallet options. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are educational context only — they do not imply endorsement, affiliation or confirmed support by those providers.

7.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for a corresponding deposit, except where an alternative method is required by the Platform's AML procedures.
• Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and may vary depending on payment method, volume and AML review requirements.
• r7889 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification if the Platform's fraud or AML systems generate a compliance flag.
• PKR-denominated accounts will transact in Pakistani Rupees where the payment method supports it. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the User's responsibility.

r7889 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload incentives and other promotional offers from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which shall be read alongside this Agreement. In case of conflict between promotional terms and this Agreement, the promotional terms shall take precedence for that specific offer.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games and contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion's terms.
• r7889 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be claimed by Users who have already exercised self-exclusion or who are subject to mandatory responsible-gambling restrictions.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to bonus stacking, multi-accounting or exploiting technical errors — will be treated as a prohibited activity and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• r7889 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time.

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the r7889 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific supplementary rules are published within the relevant sportsbook and casino sections and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• All wagers are final once accepted by the Platform. Users are responsible for confirming all bet details — including selection, stake and odds — before confirming a wager.
• Odds displayed are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the time of bet confirmation shall be the binding odds for that wager.
• r7889 reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager at its discretion, including where it suspects match-fixing, fraud or unusual betting patterns.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game or sports event, r7889's settlement decision, made at its reasonable discretion, shall be final.
• Cricket markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments and bilateral series, are governed by the sportsbook's cricket-specific rules regarding abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and suspended play.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to latency — a delay between real-world events and the Platform's feed — for which r7889 accepts no liability.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per wager are displayed within the relevant game or market and may be adjusted by r7889 at any time.

The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and, where warranted, referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, including under different names or through the use of technical means to bypass detection;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to transact funds derived from criminal activity;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit bonuses or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or mathematical vulnerabilities in games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt activity in respect of sporting events listed on the Platform;
• Attempting to defraud r7889 through false chargeback claims, friendly fraud or misrepresentation;
• Providing false, misleading or forged documentation in connection with KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited and using technical means (including VPN, proxy servers or anonymising tools) to circumvent geo-restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing r7889 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

r7889 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be regarded as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. The following provisions apply:

• Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and wager limits through their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a review period.
• Users may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 90 days, during which deposits and wagering will be suspended. The Platform will not send promotional communications during a cooling-off period.
• Users may request self-exclusion for a defined minimum period or permanently. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for the specified duration. During exclusion, access to Account funds for withdrawal remains available subject to ID verification.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r7889 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss, including loss of winnings, arising from your use of the Platform or your inability to access the Platform;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform, including during scheduled maintenance, technical failures or force majeure events;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes or settlement where the error is attributable to a third-party data or game-software provider, subject to r7889's re-settlement obligations under applicable gaming rules;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including betting tips, guides and educational content;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions or regulatory holds.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by r7889's own gross negligence. Where applicable consumer protection laws prohibit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, those laws shall take precedence to the applicable extent.

r7889 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where r7889 considers a change to be material, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the User's Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in writing to [email protected].

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r7889 is incorporated and holds its operational license, as updated from time to time.

In the event of a dispute between you and r7889, you should first contact our customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of a recognised arbitration body in r7889's license jurisdiction.

Users acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, they waive any right to commence class-action proceedings against r7889. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.
